Welcome to AngelMail.net (“AngelMail,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). AngelMail creates and delivers personalized, inspirational letters (“Letters”) from your child’s Guardian Angel or other angelic figures, designed to uplift and inspire kindness. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any AngelMail product or service.

“You” refers to the parent, guardian, or adult purchaser who places an order. Because our letters are addressed to children, all purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or older.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our products, or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Howard County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using AngelMail products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our website or services.

Changes to These Terms

AngelMail.net may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nature of Service

AngelMail provides personalized printed letters inspired by themes of kindness, compassion, and imagination. Each letter is customized using the information provided by the purchaser. Letters are currently printed and mailed via standard postal service.
We reserve the right to deliver digital versions (e.g., email delivery) in the future, should we choose to offer that option.

AngelMail letters are inspirational entertainment intended to nurture positivity and creativity in children. They do not claim to deliver messages from divine or supernatural sources.

Orders and Delivery

Orders are placed via our website at AngelMail.net. Purchasers are responsible for entering accurate recipient and mailing information. Processing time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, followed by standard USPS delivery times. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow extra time for delivery.

AngelMail is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through third-party payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or other comparable systems. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because every letter is personalized and custom-made, all sales are final once production has begun. Please double-check the spelling, names, and information you provide before submitting your order. Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled according to our separate Refund Policy, available below.

Liability

AngelMail.net and its parent company, Esquire Bookkeeping Services LLC, shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

All text, artwork, illustrations, and website content are the exclusive property of AngelMail.net and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2, 2025

AngelMail letters are custom-created and printed uniquely for each child. Because every product is personalized and made-to-order, refunds are not generally available once production begins. However, we believe in treating customers fairly and will work with you whenever possible.

Standard Orders

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing your order may be eligible for a full refund, provided production has not begun.

  • Once a letter has entered production, the order is final and non-refundable.

  • If you discover an error (such as a typo or incorrect name) after submission, contact us immediately at support@angelmail.net. We’ll do our best to correct it before printing.

Damaged or Lost Mail

If your letter arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 21 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We may offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Digital and Future Delivery Options

If we introduce email or digital letter delivery, those will also be non-refundable once sent or downloaded.

No Cash Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as store credit or replacement, not cash, unless required by law.

AngelMail is designed for children, but all orders must be placed by an adult. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any personal data directly from children under 13. All child data is provided voluntarily by a parent or guardian during checkout.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or similar gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

Data Retention

We keep order information as long as necessary for recordkeeping and legal compliance, typically one year. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us on the website.
